Cluster Institute Coordinators are constantly thinking of ways to improve the quality of the tutoring their areas. One of the best ways to do this is to hold periodic gatherings for tutors for the purposes of on-going training, and the sharing of experience. These often focus on the use of arts, the challenges and joys of accompanying participants in their initial attempts at the acts of service associated with the courses, and what it takes to initiate and sustain a study group.
