All under 18′s attending study circles, children’s classes or junior youth groups must have consent forms signed by their parents. For study circles the forms can be signed once, and for ongoing classes and groups, the forms should be completed once per year. The original copy must be sent to the Training Institute, and a copy should be kept by the teacher for their records.
Consent forms are also needed for the use of photos or visual media of under 18′s. If you are planning to submit a photo to the Living Nation, Baha’i Journal or tutor newsletter, or you would like to place a picture of your core activity on a website, this must be indicated on the consent form.
