The Supreme Body explains the merits of the sequence of courses of the Ruhi Institute based on the experience of the Baha’i world and the new adjustments being made to the material. The efficacy of these books as a system of training leads the Universal House of Justice to state that “the books of the Ruhi Institute should constitute the main sequence of courses for institutes everywhere” at least until 2021. The House of Justice elaborates on the correct attitude of institutions towards those not wishing to participate in the courses as well as on the correct attitude of those not wishing to study the books. The nature and purpose of branch courses are also explained.
